Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD)

Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD)

Chemical Vapor Depositon or CVD is a process through which synthetic diamonds are manufactured in laboratories by introducing a hydrocarbon, usually Methane, in a vacuum chamber. The technique includes disintegrating of Methane gas into Carbon and Hydrogen atoms, which are then positioned on diamond seeds for the production of square shaped, tabular crystals of diamond.

Benefits of  CVD diamonds

  1. Remarkable quality and immaculacy
  2. Well known sources of all diamonds
  3. Environmental primacy
  4. Budget Friendly
  5. Positive Externalities
  6. Economically accessible Fancy Colored diamonds
